P., Dore, Cohn, Callahan and Shientag, JJ.; Callahan and Shientag, JJ., dissent and vote to modify the judgment by allowing plaintiff three years’ credit for substitute teaching, on the ground that the pleadings raised no issue as to this item of plaintiff’s claim and, as so modified, vote to affirm the judgment, with costs to the appellant.
