Opinion of the Court

It appears that the finding of the State Liquor Authority that the proposed financing of the business was not satisfactory is unsupported and was not pressed upon the appeal. There is no evidence that petitioner was connected, *858in any way, with the landlord or previous licensee. Order unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents.
