Molony v. Boy Comics Publishers, Inc.

Appeal from order denying motion to add interest to the verdict, as matter of law, and to have interest computed from the date of the wrongdoing, having become academic by virtue of the decision of this court in Molony v. Boy Comics Publishers, Inc. (ante, p. 166, decided herewith), the same is dismissed. Present — Peck, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Yan Yoorhis and Shientag, JJ.; Peck, P.
