Stevenson v. News Syndicate Co.

In a libel action, defendant appeals from (1) an order denying its motion to vacate plaintiff’s demand for a bill of particulars, and (2) an order granting *890plaintiff’s motion for an examination before trial. Orders affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements, the bill of particulars to be served within ten days from the entry of the order hereon, and the examination to proceed on five days’ notice.
