Opinion of the Court

In a libel action, defendant appeals from (1) an order denying its motion to vacate plaintiff’s demand for a bill of particulars, and (2) an order granting *890plaintiff’s motion for an examination before trial. Orders affirmed, with one bill of $10 costs and disbursements, the bill of particulars to be served within ten days from the entry of the order hereon, and the examination to proceed on five days’ notice. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
