Imbasciani v. Fletcher

In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review the suspension by the respondent of appellant’s chauffeur’s license and owner’s registration certificate for a certain motor vehicle, under the provisions of section 94-e of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, order denying the application and dismissing the petition unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements.
