Order of the County Court of the County of Richmond, denying appellant’s application, in the nature of coram nobis, to vacate a judgment of that court rendered on the 21st day of May, 1948, convicting him of the crime of withholding and concealing stolen property, and to require his production before the court in connection with the application, affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Wenzel and MaeCrate, JJ., concur.
