Order modified so as to provide that the examination be had before Hon. Alonzo J. Hinkley, Official Referee, at such time and place as he may determine, and, as modified, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. All concur. (Appeal from an order granting in certain respects plaintiff’s motion for a discovery, inspection and examination of defendant Colorado Fuel and Iron Corporation before trial, in a negligence action.)
