Appeal by defendants from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, in an action for an injunction restraining defendants from interfering with the natural flow of a brook running through the properties of plaintiffs and defendants, which interference, plaintiffs claim, caused damage to their house. Judgment *1127unanimously affirmed, with costó. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ. [197 Misc. 173.] [See 278 App. Div. 569.]
