In an article 78 proceeding to revoke appellant’s expulsion of respondent and to reinstate him as a member in good standing, the appeal is *1143from an order denying appellant’s motion to dismiss the petition for insufficiency, and on the further ground that the court does not have jurisdiction of the subject matter.
