Taylor v. New York Annual Conference of African Methodist Episcopal Church, Inc.

In a representative action for an accounting against a corporation and the individuals comprising its board of trustees or finance committee, three of the individual defendants appeal from an order denying their motion to dismiss the complaint. Order affirmed, without costs, with leave to appellants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.
