Opinion of the Court
In an action to recover damages for alleged wrongful death, and conscious pain and suffering of the deceased, resulting from a collision in which the bicycle of deceased ran into the side of appellants’ automobile truck, judgment, entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, reversed on the law and the facts, and a new trial granted, costs to abide the event. The verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
