Order unanimously modified so as to fix the assessed valuations for the tax years 1943-44 and 1944r-45 at the values set for the tax years 1941-42 and 1942-43 for the same property in appeal in People ex rel. Bank for Sav. v. Lilly (ante, p. 918), decided herewith and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the relator-appellant. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
