Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting him of leaving the scene of an accident (Vehicle and Traffic Law, ยง 70, subd. 5-a) and sentencing him to pay $100 or to serve thirty days in the city prison, and in addition to serve thirty days in the workhouse. Judgment unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Present โ€” Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and MacCrate, JJ.
