Opinion of the Court

In an action by plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when she cut her hand on a broken window in defendant’s multiple dwelling, and by plaintiff husband for medical expenses and loss of services, defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, entered on the verdict of a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, MaeCrate and Schmidt, JJ. [See post, p. 892.]
