Eisenberg v. Central Zone Property Corp.

Order unanimously modified by allowing examination of the stock book and, as so modified affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. Otherwise the petition is denied in view of the fact that no previous demand to examine generally the books of the corporation had been made. The date for the examination of the stock book to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice. Present — Cohn, J. P., Callahan, Van Voorhis and Breitel, JJ.
