Holterback v. Hattemer

In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the Town Board of the Town of Brookhaven establishing a fire district the proceeding has been transferred to this court. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1296.) Determination unanimously confirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. There was substantial evidence before the town board to support its determination.
