In re the Appointment of a Member of the Committee on Character & Fitness

Pursuant to the provisions of rule 1 of the Rules of Civil Practice, Casper B. Ughetta, Esq., a practicing lawyer, residing in Scarsdale, Westchester County, New York, is hereby appointed as an additional member of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Ninth Judicial District, Second Judicial Department; such appointment to take effect April 1, 1954. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, Wenzel, Mac Crate, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ.
