Opinion of the Court

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Westchester County, denying appellant’s motion to vacate a judgment of that court convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of robbery in the third degree and sentencing him to imprisonment for a minimum term of five years and a maximum term of ten years, and for an additional term of from five to ten years, pursuant to section 1944 of the Penal Law. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Adel, MaeCrate, Schmidt and Beldoek, JJ., concur.
