Order unanimously modified, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellants, so as to grant the motion to dismiss the complaint unless the plaintiffs submit to examination before trial within three months from the entry of the order of this court, and serve and file the further bill of particulars heretofore required within two months from the entry of such order.
