Bach v. Lee Moon

Judgment reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of evidence. All concur for reversal, Vaughan and Williams, JJ., dissent as to granting a new trial and vote for dismissal of the complaint.
