— In an action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered when plaintiff fell on a stairway in a multiple dwelling, the appeal is from an order granting a motion to dismiss the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case and from the judgment entered thereon. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from order dismissed, without costs. No such order is printed in the record. Present — Nolan, P.
