Opinion of the Court

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying appellant’s application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered May 6, 1931. The judgment sought to be vacated convicted appellant of burglary in the third degree on his plea of guilty. Order unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
