In a consolidated action to recover damages for wrongful death, for conscious pain and suffering, for personal injuries and for medical expenses and loss of services, the anneal is from a judgment *849dismissing the complaints, entered on a jury verdict. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
