Opinion of the Court

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s case. Plaintiff *1004alleged that she was injured as a result of the extraction of a tooth by respondent, a dentist. Judgment unanimously affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
