Manseur v. Weaver

Motion for leave to appeal as a poor person denied. The appeal will be heard on the original papers (State Residential Rent Law, § 9, subd. 2; L. 1946, ch. 274, as amd.) and on a typewritten brief. Appellant is directed to file five typewritten copies of his brief and to serve one copy thereof on the respondent.
