People v. Dabney

Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying appellant’s application in the nature of a writ of error eoram nobis to vacate a judgment of said court rendered on January 19, 1953 convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of grand larceny in the second degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve from 9% to 10 years.
