Waterfront Commission v. Barone

Motion for a stay denied. Respondent-appellant may, if he be so advised, make an appropriate application now or hereafter in a proper proceeding to compel the Waterfront Commission to furnish him, upon payment of proper fees therefor, with a transcript of his testimony.
