O'Brien v. Kahn

Proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act to review a determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of New Rochelle which denied an application for a permit and a variance to erect and operate a gasoline service station. The proceeding has been transferred to this court for disposition (Civ. Prae. Act, § 1296). Determination unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Wenzel, Acting P.
