Hopewell Properties, Inc. v. Weaver

In a proceeding to review a determination of the State Rent Administrator, the appeal is from an order denying the petition and dismissing the proceeding. The State Rent Administrator denied a protest to an order of a Local Rent Administrator which had denied an application for an increase of maximum rent for certain housing accommodations.
