Opinion of the Court

Motion to dispense with printing, granted to the extent of dispensing with the printing of the record. The appeal will be heard on the original papers (including the typewritten minutes and original exhibits). The briefs, however, must be printed. Appellants’ time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to the January 1961 Term. The appeal is ordered to be placed on the calendar for said term. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
