Litwack v. Rappa

In an action by a lawyer to recover damages for slander, defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, entered April 6, 1959, after trial, on a jury verdict of $500 in favor of plaintiff. Defendant contends that the trial court erred with respect to rulings upon the trial and with respect to its charge to the jury. Judgment affirmed, with costs. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 106.) Nolan, P.
