Opinion of the Court

In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, and for medical expenses and loss of services, the defendant Board of Education appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kangs County, rendered July 11, 1960, after a nonjury trial, upon the decision of the court, as is in favor of the plaintiffs and against said defendant. Judgment insofar as appealed from affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
