Final decree unanimously modified, on the law and on the facts, as hereinafter provided, and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs. We hold that the weight of the credible evidence establishes the fair market value on the date of vesting of the following damage parcels to be: damage parcel 45-, $66,000; damage parcel 66, $78,000; damage parcel -67,, $82,000.
