Defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court denying his application in the nature of mandamus to compel the Ulster County Clerk to furnish defendant with the minutes, affidavits and information had at" a Justices’ Court hearing. Upon the certificate of the County Clerk that *850he had no such papers on file in his office, the court denied the application. Order unanimously' affirmed. Present — Coon, J. P., Gibson, Herlihy, Reynolds and Taylor, JJ.
