Walsh v. Chase Manhattan Bank

Motion for an order directing respondents to pay the expenses of appeal taken by petitioner-appellant denied, with $10 costs. Motion to dismiss appeal granted, with $10 costs, unless the appellant procures the record on appeal and appellant’s points to be served and filed on or before March 7, 1963, with notice of argument for March 19, 1963, said appeal to be argued or submitted when reached.
