Doyle v. New York City Transit Authority

In a negligence action, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 1963, which denied .her motion: (1) to vacate an order of said court, dated June 19, 1961, dismissing the action; and (2) to restore the action to the Trial Calendar.
