Bernstein v. Gabel
Opinion of the Court
In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the CPLR to set aside a determination of the City Rent and Rehabilitation Administrator revoking rent increases previously granted to petitioners for rewiring, the Administrator appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered February 10, 1965, which (a) granted petitioners’ application; (b) annulled the revocation of said rent increases; and (c) reinstated the order granting said rent increases. Order affirmed, with costs. Except for dates and the address of the building, the facts are the same as in Matter of Appleman v. Gabel (24 A D 2d 879).
