People ex rel. Ross v. Denno

In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 23, 1964, which dismissed the writ and remanded him to respondent’s custody. Judgment affirmed, without costs. (See People ex rel. Oddo v. Fay, 13 N Y 2d 762; remittitur amd. 13 N Y 2d 928, cert. den. 375 U. S. 960.) Beldock, P.
