Hunter v. City of New Rochelle

Order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 21, 1966, reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion denied. In our opinion, plaintiffs failed to show facts to establish the subsequent development of unusual or unanticipated conditions after placing the action on the Trial Calendar, making it necessary that further preliminary proceedings be had.
