— Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 1970 and made on reargument, affirmed insofar as appealed from. No opinion. Appeal from order of the same court dated January 13, 1970 dismissed. This order was superseded by the order dated May 22, 1970, which granted reargument.
