Judgment unanimously affirmed except insofar as it convicts defendant on the thirteenth, fifteenth and fifty-third counts of the indictment and as to those counts, judgment unanimously reversed on the law and indictment dismissed. Same memorandum as in People v. Abronovitz (38 A D 2d 681) decided herewith. (Appeal from judgment of Monroe County Court convicting defendant of obscenity.) Present — Del Vecchio, J.
