Order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 14, 1972, affirmed insofar as it is in favor of the defendant School District, without costs. No opinion. Appeal from so much Of said order as is in favor of defendants Cappa, Motoyama and Ajlouny dismissed, without costs, as moot in light of our determination of the appeal from the order entered November 30, 1972.
