Herzfeld v. Herzfeld

Respondent.— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on January 18, 1973, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts, to the extent of reducing the counsel fee to the sum of $3,500 and, as so modified, affirmed, without costs and without disbursements. Considering all of the circumstances, the counsel fee awarded by the Trial Term was excessive to the extent indicated. Concur — McGivern, J. P., Markewich, Lane, Tilzer and Capozzoli, JJ.
