— In an action for divorce, the plaintiff husband appeals, as'limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 25, 1973, as, without a hearing, denied his motion for custody of the parties’ two minor children pendente Ute and granted such custody to defendant, with visitation rights to plaintiff. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, without costs, and motion remanded to Special Term for a hearing and a new determination.
