Motion by appellant for reargument of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 19, 1974. Motion denied. On the court’s own motion, its decision dated April 21, 1975 is amended by deleting the following sentence from the fifth paragraph thereof: "The lawyer representing plaintiff was suggested to her by defendant, who told her not to reveal the extent of her estate to the lawyer.” Gulotta, P. J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Latham and Christ, JJ., concur.
