Knight v. McEnroe

In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered June 12, 1974, in favor of plaintiff, upon a jury verdict. Judgment affirmed, with costs. Upon this appeal, appellants concede liability and only contend that the verdict was excessive. We find the verdict to be well within prescribed limits.
