Bernzweig v. Caledonian Hospital

The attorneys for the appellant on this purported appeal have advised this court, after a conference held before Hon. Harry Gittleson on February 11, 1976, that the appeal is withdrawn. In accordance with the foregoing, the appeal is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
