Village of Mamaroneck v. P. B. U., Inc.
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York · Decided June 28, 1976
53 A.D.2d 691; 386 N.Y.S.2d 638; 1976 N.Y. App. Div. LEXIS 13442
Village of Mamaroneck v. P. B. U., Inc.

Opinion of the Court

In a condemnation proceeding, the defendants appeal from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 3, 1975, as, after a nonjury trial, fixed the damages for the taking. Judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs. In our opinion the *692award granted in this condemnation proceeding is not inadequate and is supported by the record. Latham, Acting P. J., Margett, Damiani, Rabin and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
