People v. De Francesco

Motion for change of venue denied. Memorandum: In this trial there are six defendants who are represented by six different attorneys. In the 514 days of the voir dire examination three jurors have been selected and sworn. Under all the circumstances we hold as we did on the original application that the present application is premature. Present—Marsh, P. J., Moule, Cardamone, Simons and Goldman, JJ.
