People ex rel. Davis v. Arnette

Upon the hearing on the return of a writ of habeas corpus (production of the petitioner having been waived), application denied, and writ dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements (see People ex rel. Davis v Arnette, 57 AD2d 562). Cohalan, Acting P. J., Hawkins, Suozzi and Mollen, JJ., concur.
